The period to make a return or exchange is 30 calendar days after the original purchase date, only with a valid store receipt. Remember that it is imperative that products subject to return or change are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no return or change can be made.

CXC does NOT accept returns for refunds in any payment type, instead a store credit will be given to the customer for the paid value.

Any return or change without an original CXC Puerto Rico receipt will not be accepted.

Merchandise sold with discount is considered a final sale and no return or exchange can be made.

We currently do NOT accept returns or changes of earrings.

CXC reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of used items or in poor condition and without the original packaging.
