AUTHENTICITY AND GUARANTEE
This exclusive CXC jewel has been designed and manufactured entirely in Spain. At CXC we make our jewelry with top quality materials, combining artisanal techniques with creativity and avant-garde design.
The finish of hand-applied vegetable dyes, made by hand, beautifies the most select leathers. The texture of the baths in noble metals, silver, gold or brass, as well as ceramics, Murano or Swarovski crystals make our jewelry small works of art. All our jewelry has undergone a hypoallergenic treatment.
Our jewelry has a two-year warranty, from the moment of purchase, which covers all manufacturing defects, but in no case does it include normal wear and aging of the jewelry (alteration of color and/or material on straps and non-metallic chains, such as leather, textiles, etc.), damage to any part of the jewelery resulting from abnormal or abusive use (such as forcing the jewellery), lack of attention, negligence, accidents, damage resulting from manipulation by personnel outside of CXC or suppliers not authorized by the brand. This warranty also does not cover damage caused by improper use of the pieces by not following our advice on proper jewelry maintenance. To make the guarantee effective, you must present proof of purchase (purchase receipt or invoice).
After-Sales Service
If your jewelry is defective, please contact our After-Sales service at atc@cxc-pr.com and we will resolve your situation as soon as possible. You must attach a photograph, showing the product in question and proof of purchase (ticket or invoice).
In these cases, CXC Puerto Rico | The Designers Shop will be able to:
- Send the Customer a new item in perfect condition, if available. We will collect the defective product and deliver the new one, at no cost to the Customer.
- Offer the Client, without increasing the price, a product with characteristics and specifications similar to those initially requested, as long as these are in line with the Client's needs and the item to be returned is not available.
- Offer the Customer to cancel the requested Order by refunding the amount paid for it, as long as the item to be returned is not available.
